InsightCraft was founded in 2019 by a group of senior consultants who spent their careers at the world's top analytics firms — Deloitte, McKinsey, and boutique data shops — building enterprise-scale BI solutions for Fortune 500s. We saw a pattern: small and medium-sized enterprises were being left behind. They had the ambition, the data, and the hunger to compete globally, but they lacked access to the kind of strategic BI capability that larger firms took for granted.
The big consultancies were too expensive and too slow for SMEs. The freelancers and small agencies lacked the depth and cross-border experience. So we built InsightCraft to sit at the intersection: a deliberately boutique firm that brings enterprise-grade BI methods — architecture, governance, cross-border compliance, and scalable design — to growing businesses at a pace and price point that makes sense for them.
